There is increasing evidence showing the union between the visible and the invisible, between science and magic, between the traditional and shamanism.


Healing through "alternative forms" (which have existed since the beginning), such as herbal medicine, baths, sweat lodges, food, magnets, stones, quartz, magic, etc. Currently, it has been seen that traditional medicine helps to reduce, detect or eradicate diseases, what they do not tell us is that the traditional medicine of our ancestors was the basis of everything, analyzing, experimenting, isolating and synthesizing (some) components, or active principles, is how the modern million-dollar industry came about, however, another detail that they do not openly say is the damage or secondary "reactions."


It is better to be preventive than reactive. That is to say, to have a balance in our bodies, than to look for quick and effective cures when we are already sick.


In recent decades, research has shown that emotions are a fundamental part of most diseases. An immunosuppressed system is an acidic body, without vitality, and cells with low electrical potential, full of substances that the glands secrete. The body is very wise, it will find a way to live at the expense of everything, that is, it adapts to living in that stressed and contaminated environment.


In modern society it is difficult to live in harmony, tranquility, and with a healthy diet, but the reality is that we cannot live in the woods eating roots and fruits. The trick is to live in balance, so that our emotions quickly return to our center, that is, in situations we need to bring out the warrior, and in others the Buddha. Remember the key is in the balance of our physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies.


Shamanism is an essential key since it mixes the healing of the 5 bodies mentioned, with hard and wise words, that make you reflect (mind and emotion), remedies and herbs for your body and energetic and spiritual healings to remove any parasites or bad vibes attached, or in extraordinary cases like Pachita, capable of performing physical operations and exchanging organs (The Shamans of Mexico Vol III Pachita, Jacobo Grinberg)


Some time ago, I met a lady. She was always a housewife, but her husband, at that time, liked to get drunk and physically and verbally abuse her, the lady lived in constant fear every time he drank, and she always said that she did not want to hear his offensive words or remember all the fear caused, over time, the lady suddenly lost the ability to hear, one day she woke up with a slight tinnitus, doctor after doctor, analysis after analysis and no diagnosis was ever made, in a short time she lost all hearing, immediately, for no apparent reason, her mind slowly faded away, from being a completely healthy woman, her untreated emotions degenerated (modified) her body to such an extent that she returned to being a child and was unable to perform any activity, it did not last long until she lost her life,

Like the previous case, we have all heard or witnessed the same fate of inadequate management of our emotions, but who has taught us to control them? To heal our emotional body, there are hundreds of tools, below we show you some:


  • Identify your thoughts.

    Thoughts are a torrent of memories, ideas, sensations, smells, and some of them are triggers that are embedded in the subconscious, stored as a defense mechanism, self-assessment, protection, etc., so it is extremely complicated to delve into our subconscious because sometimes it is not possible without the proper help to locate that experience.


  • One way is to write it down, write what hurts you, what you don't like, what makes you cry, make it present, understand it and understand that the past is already gone, the future has not yet arrived, but the present is a wonderful gift with which every moment you can choose to evolve or remain stagnant.


  • Live each emotion, get angry, scream, shout, cry, live the duels, express your feelings, and return as soon as possible to your center, do not allow negative emotions to prevail, and always find the positive side of things.


  • Do not ask your self, Why? Things or events happen, ask yourself, for what? Every event is not a coincidence, it is a causality, a lesson that the great mystery sends us so that our spiritual evolution is more transcendent and we reach higher vibrational spheres.


  • Learn breathing methods.


  • Reduce or moderate the consumption of meat, a Shamanic reality is that the vital energy of the animal remains in its flesh and blood, and the last thing the animal experienced was fear and terror, adrenaline, and that same thing is transferred to our body. If you eat meat, thank the animal and bless your food, because thanks to it you get energy.


  • Enjoy healthily within nature, whether it is the forest, desert, steppe, mountain, beach, jungle, connect with the great creator of life, and with your interior.

  • Be thankful and bless all the good and bad experiences, remember that the popular saying goes "he who gets angry loses", meaning that your body will pay the bills.


  • Detect the good influences, and hang out with them, and avoid toxic people as much as possible, and just be friendly and ignore what they say, but don't let them get on top of you either, always with respect on both sides, remember, we can't always be in Zen or unicorn mode, many times we have and must bring out that warrior.

    There is a big difference between being a cool person who respects and gives respect to another cool person who everyone abuses and doesn't demand respect for themselves.
